When deciding on a name for this company, I wanted something that had some meaning. I tried generic names like "Software Concepts" or "Development Dynamics". I didn't really like them too much (and or course they were all taken). After discussing it with some people, a friend of mine came up with Five Stones Development (thanks Richards!). The name referes to the Old Testiment biblical text on the incident between King David (then a boy) and the philistine giant Goliath. If you are not familiar with this you can read it here.
